Deposit (50%) is non refundable. Half will be paid today in order to secure your spot. The balance will be due 10 days prior to event.
The deposit covers your child's ticket as the host, booking La’Movement, an instructor for your party, studio and decorations.
Event is 2 hours
12 guests tickets included. Additional tickets must be purchased, per person rate $35.
all guest must register and fill out liability/covid waiver
NO outside food or beverages will be brought into the facility or to the event
Cancellation:
If La'Movement needs to cancel a date to reschedule will be presented within 30 days & booked. If a new date can not be agreed upon all funds will be refunded except deposit.
In the event the host needs to cancel it must be done 8 days prior to event or more. If less than 7 days all funds are forfeited.
A new date will need to be rescheduled within 30 days. The Event needs to be booked within 90 days.
If a new date Cant be agreed upon. the host will have 120 days to use any funds forfeited from the event. (this doesn't included the deposit).
LaMovement will set up, host and clean up the event.
Parties Booked 8 days or less from date of the event will be subject to a non refundable $50 fee. this will be billed separately.
LaMovement will confirm the party location in separate email. Date and time will also be handled if not previously confirmed.
