 Dance-inspired fun in just 30 minutes?  A party isn't a party without a live DJ. This class is Live DJ mixes & aerobics. You’ll be dripping in sweat and feeling La’Energy from head to toe with non-stop freestyle high-intensity moves.

BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE

This class was created to promote self/body awareness and self confidence. Routines are designed to be practiced, perfected and performed in our dance studio and taken home to enjoy with heels and props as you choose. 

This class uses Ballet, Pilates & other dance & fitness techniques to create an empowering & seductive full body workout. In La’X you use slow movement to isolate muscle groups while feeling like a Boss.

Beginner – intermediate divas welcome. For private group classes click [HERE].
