This beginner friendly class is high energy & low impact. Learn a sexy & seductive routine and get a crazy full body workout. Heels are optional
Description: Full body workout focusing on Abs & Core. Heels will enhance your workout. Learn basic art of seduction movement in this strip tease focused class.
Youll also have a beginner friendly to take with you on your halloween escapades. Learn ways to connect with your body & sensuality that are also heart healthy & can be used in may different areas of your life.
Come dressed to impress in your best sexy get up OR join in the fun & wear a costume. Costumes aren't required but highly encouraged. You can also wear regular workout. Whatever makes you feel sexy & comfortable.

Water
Heels (optional)
Socks for warm up OR if you are not planning to wear heels
Adult beverages & light refreshments will be provided during this Xperience. Including Halloween decor and a free gift with purchase
