Youll also have a beginner friendly to take with you on your halloween escapades. Learn ways to connect with your body & sensuality that are also heart healthy & can be used in may different areas of your life. 

Come dressed to impress in your best sexy get up . You can also wear regular workout. Whatever makes you feel sexy & comfortable.
