Private Parties are NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERRABLE and Buyer is aware of this at time of purchase. There is a $100 Inconvenience Fee to change your date and time once it's been booked for 7+ days.

If any of these services have been requested but not paid for you will receive an additional invoice. Fees must be received within 48hours of booking or services will be removed

Event is 2 hours

All guests' tickets are covered under this package.  If T Shirt add on is requested. Guest tickets will increase by $15 per person

Guest must register and fill out liability/covid waiver

NO outside food or beverages will be brought into the facility or to the event

LaMovement will provide: Studio/space, Music. Instructor, (1) routine, add on service upon purchase, and decoration

Cancellation: 

If La'Movement needs to cancel a date to reschedule will be presented within 30 days & booked. If a new date cannot be agreed upon all funds will be refunded except deposit. 

In the event the host needs to cancel it must be done 8 days prior to event or more. If less than 7 days all funds are forfeited. 

A new date will need to be rescheduled within 30 days. The Event needs to be booked within 90 days. 

If a new date Can't be agreed upon.  the host will have 120 days to use any funds forfeited from the event. (This doesn't include the deposit).

LaMovement will set up, host and clean up the event.

Parties Booked 8 days or less from date of the event will be subject to a non-refundable $75 fee. This will be billed separately.
