This 90 minute cardio session will have you motivated from start to finish. Its low & high impact yet always high energy. Different fitness styles combined to keep you on your toes. Challenging Cardio BUT SO DANG FUN! 

This event was created to help you reset and have a successful new start to the month

Will be used in class : 

* LMF Bands

* Towel

LMF Booty Bands will be available for rent or purchase at every class

Youth Girls Skate Clinic

July 26 2022 - August 30 2022  (Tuesdays)

This sports clinic is open to girls ages 9-12.  They will learn basic Rolling Skating skills and safety. 

Free to sign up! Registration Period is June 6- July 6th.

Whether you just brought your 1st or a new pair of skates post pandemic, starting out, or coming back to the 8s and need a refresher YOU CAN ROLL WITH US!

Lessons: Weekly on Wednesdays 6p-7:30p
